Redefining Mediterranean Luxury
In November 2025, we fell in love with this 2010-built villa and began a full renovation and redesign to transform it into a sanctuary of modern Mediterranean living. Every space is being reimagined with luxury finishes, contemporary design, and attention to detail to create a place that feels both elegant and deeply relaxing.
While the renovation is still ongoing, and only a few photos are currently available, the villa will open its doors for guests in March 2026.

The 50 m² open-plan living area offers plenty of space for up to eight guests. A fully equipped modern kitchen with a waterfall island, elegant dining area, and wide verandas create the perfect place to gather and relax — all with breathtaking sea views of the Mediterranean.

From its hilltop setting, enjoy 180° panoramic vistas over Coral Bay and the shimmering Mediterranean, framed by olive trees, cypresses, and endless blue skies. As the light shifts throughout the day, the view transforms into a living painting — uniquely Cypriot.
Peaceful dreams
Our luxurious 4-bedroom villa sleeps up to eight guests in air-conditioned comfort. Two rooms offer stunning sea views, two overlook the mountains. With three en suite bathrooms and a guest toilet, it’s the perfect blend of privacy and elegance.
Outdoor Kitchen
The villa’s outdoor kitchen offers the perfect setting for long Mediterranean evenings. Nestled beneath olive trees, it will feature seating for up to 10 guests, a BBQ, water connection, and refrigerator — all with a beautiful view over Coral Bay. The ideal place to gather, cook, and enjoy the Cypriot summer under the open sky.
Private gym
Stay active with a view. The villa’s private gym includes a treadmill and dual cable pull station, letting you work out while gazing over Coral Bay and the Mediterranean Sea — fitness with a breathtaking panorama.
Private pool
The villa’s 4×8 m private pool is a peaceful retreat surrounded by olive trees, cypresses, and Mediterranean herbs. With eight sunbeds and an outdoor shower, it’s the perfect for lazy afternoons — shaded from the summer sun, inviting you to cool off and unwind in pure Mediterranean calm.

The villa is located in a quiet and exclusive hilltop neighborhood above Coral Bay, offering privacy, tranquility, and breathtaking sea views.
Shops, cafés, and restaurants are within 15-20 minutes walking distance, while the sandy Coral Bay Beach can be reached in just a 7-minute drive. The vibrant center of Paphos and Paphos International Airport are both only about 20 minutes away by car, making the villa easily accessible yet perfectly secluded.
